How payments are processed and how your financial details are protected.
Payment provider
All payments on Aaggi are processed by Razorpay, a licensed Indian payment aggregator regulated by the RBI. Aaggi does not process payments directly and does not store any card, UPI, or bank account information.
Supported payment methods
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, any UPI-enabled app)
- Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- Net banking
Security standards
- Razorpay is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified - the highest level of payment security.
- All payment data is encrypted in transit using TLS.
- Aaggi only receives a payment confirmation (success or failure) - never your card or UPI details.
If a payment fails
If payment fails, no application is created and no money is deducted. You can try again. If you see a deduction on your bank statement but the application was not confirmed, contact support@aaggi.com with your transaction ID and we will investigate.
Aaggi will never call you asking for OTPs or payment details. If you receive such a call, do not share any information and report it to support@aaggi.com.
