How to cancel an active meet, what happens to applications, and refund handling.
When you can cancel
You can request a cancellation for an active Fan Meet from the meet dashboard. Cancellations require admin approval. Once approved, all applicants receive full refunds automatically.
How to cancel
- 1Open the meet at /dashboard/creator/[meetId].
- 2Click the Cancel meet button.
- 3Provide a reason for the cancellation.
- 4Submit - the request goes to the Aaggi team for review.
- 5You will be notified when the cancellation is approved.
What happens to applications
All paid applicants receive a full refund via Razorpay. Refunds typically take 5 to 7 business days. Applicants are also notified by email and in-app notification.
A creator does not receive any earnings from a cancelled meet, regardless of how many applications were received.
Meets that close without reaching minimum applications
If a Fan Meet closes without reaching its minimum application count, all applicants are automatically refunded. You do not need to manually cancel in this case.
