How long refunds take
Refunds are processed through Razorpay and typically appear in your account within 5 to 7 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or UPI provider.
Why there is no refund when a different fan is chosen
The application fee covers the creator's time to read your answer and consider your application - that process happens regardless of the outcome. The fee is not a ticket to win; it is the cost of a genuine application.
If you have not received a refund after 7 business days, contact support@aaggi.com with your transaction ID.
