Choosing your fan

How the selection process works and what happens when you click Pick.

How to pick

On your meet dashboard, click the Pick button next to the application you want to choose. You will see a confirmation prompt - once confirmed, the selection is final.

Picking is permanent. You cannot undo a pick or select a different fan once the meet is marked complete.

What happens immediately after

  1. 1The chosen fan receives an in-app notification and email.
  2. 2All other applicants receive a not-selected notification and email.
  3. 3A private message thread opens between you and the chosen fan.
  4. 4The Fan Meet status changes to completed.
  5. 5A payout record is created in your payout history.

Setting meeting details

After picking, your meet dashboard shows a meeting details form. Fill in the date and time, and for in-person meets, the venue address. The fan receives a notification when you save these details.

Meeting guidelines

  • In-person meets must be in a public venue. Do not invite fans to private residences.
  • Keep the meet to the agreed duration (typically 30–60 minutes).
  • Be on time and communicate any changes through the message thread.
  • You can optionally upload a short meet recap video after the meeting.
