How to reach the Aaggi team and what to include in your request.

What to include in your request

  • Your registered email address (the one you use to sign in).
  • The type of issue (payment, account, meet, technical).
  • A clear description of what happened.
  • For payment issues: the Razorpay transaction ID from your email or bank statement.
  • For meet issues: the creator's Aaggi page URL.

Response times

The Aaggi team typically responds within 1 to 2 business days. Payment-related issues are prioritised.

Common self-service answers

  • Refund not received after 7 days → Email support with your transaction ID.
  • Cannot sign in → Try signing in with the same Google account you used originally. Each Google account is a separate Aaggi account.
  • Application not showing after payment → Refresh the page. If still missing, email support with your transaction ID.
  • Vote not registering → You can only vote once per meet and cannot vote on your own application.
