Terms of Service

Aaggi ("we", "our", "the platform") is an online marketplace that connects fans with creators through a paid application process called a Fan Meet. By accessing or using Aaggi at aaggi.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. By using Aaggi, you confirm you meet this requirement.

A Fan Meet is an open application round created by a creator. Fans pay a non-refundable application fee and submit a written answer to the creator's question. The creator independently reads every application and selects one person they genuinely want to meet - either in person or via video call.

Selection is entirely at the creator's discretion and is based on the quality and authenticity of the written answer. Aaggi does not influence or participate in the selection decision.

Votes are an optional social signal. Fans may share their application to gather votes from others. Applications with more votes appear higher in the creator's default view, but the creator may browse in any order. Votes do not guarantee selection.

A Fan Meet is a skill-based selection process in which the creator chooses an applicant on the merit of their written answer. It is not a lottery, game of chance, or prize competition. No outcome is determined by chance.

As a fan on Aaggi, you agree to:

• Submit only one application per active Fan Meet
• Provide honest, genuine answers - not AI-generated or copy-pasted text
• Not manipulate votes through fake accounts, bots, or coordinated inauthentic behaviour
• Not harass, impersonate, or misrepresent your identity to any creator
• If selected, attend the Fan Meet in good faith at the agreed time and location (in person or via video call)

Aaggi reserves the right to disqualify applications, suspend accounts, or forfeit refunds in cases of detected fraud or vote manipulation.

As a creator on Aaggi, you agree to:

• Read every application submitted before closing your Fan Meet
• Select your chosen fan on the merit of their written answer alone, not on personal relationships or undisclosed criteria
• Honour the Fan Meet with the selected fan - showing up at the agreed time, in the agreed format (in person or via video call), for the duration specified
• Not cancel a Fan Meet after selection without a genuine, documented reason
• Not misuse fan application data for any purpose outside coordinating the Fan Meet

If a selected fan fails to attend a confirmed Fan Meet, the creator is treated as having fulfilled their obligation and the fan is not entitled to a refund.

If a creator fails to attend a confirmed Fan Meet without genuine reason, the selected fan will be refunded.

Creators are also bound by the Creator Agreement, which governs the creator relationship and prevails in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Application fees vary by meet type and the fan's country:

• Video meets: ₹99 for fans in India; $2 for international fans.
• In-person meets: ₹499 for fans in India; $10 for international fans.

International fees are collected in the applicable currency and settled to Aaggi in INR at prevailing conversion rates. Creator payouts for international applications are calculated on the actual settled amount.

Creator payouts are made to the creator's registered UPI ID or bank account, typically within 48 hours of the Fan Meet selection being confirmed (international settlements may take 5–10 business days).

Aaggi retains a platform fee of 20% of the total application fees collected for each Fan Meet. Promotional rates may apply for early creator partners, as communicated to them directly.

The application fee is non-refundable if the Fan Meet proceeds and a different applicant is selected. See our Refund Policy for conditions under which a full refund is automatically issued.

You may not use Aaggi to:

• Submit spam, offensive, or defamatory content in applications or messages
• Attempt to purchase, sell, or transfer a selected Fan Meet spot
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate any part of the platform
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or bans
• Collect or harvest other users' personal data

The Aaggi name, logo, and platform design are proprietary. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (application answers, messages). By submitting, you grant Aaggi a limited licence to store and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the service.

Aaggi is a marketplace that facilitates connections - we are not a party to the Fan Meet itself. We do not guarantee that a creator will select any particular fan, that a creator will appear for a confirmed Fan Meet, or that either party will behave as expected.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aaggi's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid Aaggi in the three months preceding the claim.

Aaggi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Aaggi at any time if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that harms other users or the platform's integrity. Upon termination, any pending applications you have submitted will be subject to our standard refund policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Aaggi after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
