Creator Agreement

This Creator Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Creator") and Genii IT Service Private Limited, operating the platform Aaggi ("Aaggi", "we", "us"). By claiming your profile and publishing a Fan Meet on Aaggi, you agree to the terms below, in addition to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Aaggi lets you host a "Fan Meet" - a one-on-one meeting (in person or via video call) with one fan, chosen by you. Fans pay a non-refundable application fee to apply (subject to the refund provisions in Section 4). You review applications and select one fan to meet.

• You earn 80% of the total application fees collected for each Fan Meet you complete.
• Aaggi retains 20% as a platform fee, which covers payment processing, hosting, and platform operations.
• Payouts are made via UPI or bank transfer, typically within 48 hours of you selecting a fan, except where settlement delays apply (e.g. international payments - see Section 7).
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your earnings under Indian law.

• You agree to write one genuine, non-misleading question for fans to answer as part of their application.
• You agree to genuinely review applications and select one fan based on their answer - not randomly, and not in a way that could be considered a lottery or game of chance under applicable law. The selection is a merit-based judgement made by you.
• You agree to host the selected meet within a reasonable time of selection, at a time and format (in-person or video call) agreed with the fan.
• Meets should generally be structured as a single session of approximately one hour, unless otherwise agreed with Aaggi.

• Creator cancellation before selection: If you cancel a Fan Meet before selecting a fan, all applicants will be refunded their application fee in full.
• Creator cancellation after selection, or creator no-show: If you cancel after selecting a fan, or fail to attend a scheduled meet without reasonable cause, Aaggi will refund the selected fan and may, at its discretion, refund other applicants. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to host future Fan Meets.
• Fan no-show: If the selected fan fails to attend a scheduled meet, you will be treated as having completed your obligation, and your earnings for that meet will be released as normal. Aaggi is not required to refund a fan who fails to attend.
• Other situations: Any cancellation or dispute not covered above is reviewed by Aaggi based on consistent, good-faith criteria — including who cancelled, how much notice was given, and whether the meet was genuinely attempted. We will communicate the reason for any decision, and you may request a review.

• You must be at least 18 years old to host Fan Meets on Aaggi.
• In-person Fan Meets are restricted to participants who are 18 years or older. You must not knowingly select or meet a fan who is a minor for an in-person meet.
• If you become aware that an applicant or selected fan is a minor, you must notify Aaggi and must not proceed with an in-person meeting.

• You retain full ownership of any photos, videos, or recordings from your Fan Meet.
• By hosting a Fan Meet on Aaggi, you grant Aaggi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use related photos, videos, and testimonials (including fan-submitted content) for Aaggi's own marketing purposes - including our website, social media, advertising, and promotional materials.
• This right does not prevent you from using the same content for your own channels and purposes.
• You may request Aaggi to stop using specific content for marketing by contacting us, and we will make reasonable efforts to comply for future use.

• If fans outside India apply to your meet, application fees may be collected in USD (or another currency) and settled to Aaggi in INR at prevailing conversion rates.
• Your payout will be calculated based on the actual amount settled to Aaggi, which may differ slightly from the face value paid by the fan due to currency conversion and processing fees.
• International settlements may take longer than domestic payouts (typically 5–10 business days).

• Through Aaggi, you will receive certain fan information (such as application answers, name, and contact details necessary to coordinate the meet).
• You agree to use this information only for the purpose of conducting the relevant Fan Meet.
• You must not sell, share, publish, or otherwise misuse fan information, and must not contact fans outside the scope of the meet without their consent.
• You agree to handle fan information in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

This Agreement does not require you to host Fan Meets exclusively on Aaggi. You are free to use other platforms or monetisation methods alongside Aaggi.

• You agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully during all Fan Meets.
• For in-person meets, you are responsible for choosing a safe, public, and appropriate location, and for your own conduct during the meeting. Aaggi facilitates the introduction and payment but is not responsible for what occurs during an in-person or video meeting.
• Indemnity: You agree to indemnify Aaggi against claims arising from your conduct, your choice of venue, or any incident during an in-person Fan Meet you host. Equally, Aaggi will indemnify you against claims arising from failures of the Aaggi platform itself, such as payment processing errors or platform downtime.
• Aaggi reserves the right to suspend or remove any Creator from the platform for conduct that violates these terms, applicable law, or that we reasonably believe poses a risk to fans or to Aaggi's reputation.

• You may stop hosting Fan Meets and leave the platform at any time by contacting Aaggi support.
• Aaggi may suspend or terminate your access to the platform for violation of this Agreement, our Terms of Service, or applicable law.
• Any earnings owed for completed Fan Meets prior to termination will be paid out as per Section 2.

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
• The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith discussion before pursuing legal remedies.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you, and continued use of Aaggi after such changes constitutes acceptance.
